Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in case of damaged or wrong items.
Exchanges:
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
